Bossman-Pinkrah tells "For me, because pageants have always been more than a platform of beauty, glitz and glamor. I have always seen it as an advocate for change and a platform where young empowered beautiful women come together to raise a cause and serve as mouthpieces for society. I am a very optimistic, confident and intelligent young lady who possesses both the can-do and will-do spirit because I believe those are important traits of a true Queen. Aside from this, I am marketable, relatable and engaging with an amazing charisma."
She adds "The brain is the most important part of the human body. The body changes with age and time but what is most important is to love and embrace who you are from the inside. The brain will always remain the same but one fascinating thing about it is that it can always be developed and enhanced with education and experiences gathered from life to make you more powerful, knowledgeable and attractive. The body and beauty may fade but the brain will never, and that is what makes a woman more interesting. So what’s most important to me as a person is to allow the beauty within your personality radiate with kindness, love and empathy for humanity." (Source: Missgrandinternational.com)
Priscilla Bossman-Pinkrah Contestants Statement
"Priscilla Bossman-Pinkrah is my name, popularly known as Ms Bossman and I am a 20-year-old postgraduate student at the University of Professional Studies, Accra studying Master of Arts in Brands and Communications management.
I am currently juggling through school, national service, my modelling career, and this very Miss Grand Ghana competition. I also host my own programme on Instagram live called Bloom with Bossman which allows me to talk about various topics of interest which I am most passionate about; ranging from confidence, image management, pageantry, and many more. I believe this makes me a multi-tasker.
My Ultimate goal is to be a TV presenter, a great businesswoman, a global ambassador for Arts and Culture and work with the UNICEF one day.
One interesting fact about me is that I relate with music as time, so for me music is time and I love it because of its power to seize and memorize moments and experiences in life.
I enjoy reading and learning new things because I believe in the power of knowledge and the phrase that says, “the day you stop learning is the day you stop evolving”. I also love cooking because it always feels as though something magical is being performed with the ingredients to present something beautiful and delicious. The last thing I love doing consciously or subconsciously is singing .
I joined this pageant because I want to know how best to work under intense pressure since I have a lot on my plate at the moment, and to prove to the world that true beauty indeed knows no boundaries or height to be recognized. My dad has this saying that “if you want to go far in life then you will have to learn how to handle and manage stress”, and I believe that this platform will give me that resilience that I seek to find in order to be a great woman.
I desire to be your next Miss Grand Ghana because I believe and know that I am the total package that this organization seeks to find in other to promote its values and vision to the world through the Miss Grand International platform."
