The Court of New Teen Queen Allie Bell Miss Arkansas' Teen 2023 Includes Chloe Hargis 1st Runner-up, Miss Southwest Arkansas’ Teen; Sophie Puckett 2nd Runner-up, Miss Greater Jonesboro’s Teen; Bella Crow 3rd Runner-up, Miss Greater Little Rock’s Teen and Stevie St. John 4th Runner-up, Miss Natural State’s Teen.

New Teen Queen Allie Bell Miss Arkansas' Teen 2023 is 16TH Entry to Class of 2023 to Miss America’s Teen 2024 after Lynciemae Adams, CROWNED Miss Alaska's Teen 2023, Lauryn Trader Miss Hawaii's Teen 2023, Neveah Kee Miss South Dakota's Teen 2023 and Liv Newman Miss Colorado's Teen 2023.
