Sat, Feb 4, 2023: Teen Reigning Queen Ainsley Ross Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2022 has just crowned her successor The Winner against 30 Contestants, Miss St. Bernard Parish USA, Averi Blyss Crawford as New Miss Louisiana Teen 2023 at the end of Grand Finale in Jefferson Performing Arts Center Metairie today on Saturday, February 4th, 2023 which commenced at 8:30 ET

The New Winner, Averi Blyss Crawford Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2023 is the 41ST Miss Teen USA 2023 Contestant, 10th in class and will represent her LA State at the upcoming 41ST Miss Teen USA 2023 Pageant where reigning queen Faron Medhi Miss Teen USA 2022 will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale in the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada.

Newly crowned Averi Blyss Crawford is The First Miss Louisiana Teen USA in Anne JKN's Universe Era.

Averi Crawford Miss Louisiana Teen 2023 answered the Questioned after emerging Top 5, “New Orleans recently hosted the Miss Universe pageant, what makes you proud to call Louisiana home?” and became the crown winner to bring home.

She was Miss Pelican State Teen USA too and founded Social Cause Hair care for Hope is a nonprofit organization that provides hair care supplies to survivors of abuse. Averi Blyss said on her LA Teen USA Pageant Experience "It was so great finally getting to meet everyone and I can’t wait to take the stage with these girls later tonight!! I’m so blessed and grateful to be representing St. Bernard Parish this weekend." She further adds "This journey has been filled with overwhelming love and support and now I am beyond ready to put all of my hard work and training to use and compete for the title of @misslateenusa!!" Averi joined Miss Universe 2022 last month and reacted "The most fun and eventful week, We had the absolute best time at Miss Universe cheering on the contestants."

Averi Blyss was Miss Teen Pelican State 2021 too. Last year she competed at and emerged as TOP 10 Miss Louisiana Teen USA 2022. She was also seen cheerleading in Parkview Baptist School.

Yesterday, I won the title of Teen Miss St. Bernard Redfish Queen! I am beyond grateful and excited for this fun filled year ahead of me!!! A huge thank you to @ashley.m.stewart & @kelsea.glorioso and everyone else working with them for putting on an amazing pageant and making everything run as smooth as possible. Another thank you to @virgobeautystudio for getting me ready and making me look gorgeous!! Thanks to @kevins_angels for always giving me the best nails. Another thank you to @shopelizabethanthony for helping me with my wardrobe and especially my interview dress as pictured!! Crawford is 17 years old and a senior at The Dunham School in Baton Rouge. She is Senior Class Secretary, a member of the varsity cheerleading squad, and in the Art Club, Beta Club, Cultural Correspondence Club, and National Honors Society. Her talents and hobbies include knitting, fishing, Pilates, traveling, shopping, and upcycling fashion. She plans to attend LSU majoring in construction management before going to law school.

Averi founded her own non-profit organization called Hair Care for Hope which collects hair supplies and tools to donate to domestic violence clinics and shelters around Louisiana. By providing these items, Hair Care for Hope provides overlooked items they cannot always afford to replace while also aiding in regaining their confidence.

Averi hopes to expand her non-profit work and advocate for other causes that matter to her, especially instilling confidence in pre-teen and young girls through social media and community projects.
