The Somerset Tourist and Convention Commission, Lake Cumberland Tourism- Somerset-Pulaski Co. Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB), and The Center for Rural Development are jointly hosting Miss Kentucky USA & Miss Kentucky Teen USA 2022 Pageant in presence of Ellen Elizabeth "Elle" Smith aka Elle Smith Top 10 Miss universe, Miss USA and Miss Kentucky USA 2021 for crowning this year’s winner at the end of finals. Elle is the second woman holding the national title after Tara Conner Miss USA 2006 of Russell Springs who won 4th Runner-Up Miss Universe 2006 at the age of 20 years. This year’s winner has great prospects on her way to fetch the third time the national title and as The Ninth United States Women to win Miss Universe 2022 Crown.

The Reigning Queen Miss USA Elle Smith of Germantown / Louisville, a home rule-class city in Bracken and Mason counties, Kentucky, was crowned at the Paradise Cove Theater, River Spirit Casino Resort, in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Mon, Nov 29, 2021.
