The Reigning Teen Queen Hailey Adams Miss Alabama's Teen 2022 has just crowned her successor, the winner against 37 Contestants, Miss Jefferson County’s Teen, Elaina Burt as Miss Alabama's Teen 2023 Crown at the conclusion of Grand Finale in the traditional pageant venue Performing Arts Center at Thompson High School, Alabaster, Alabama on Sun, Mar 12, 2023 which started at 2:00PM noon.

Newly crowned Elaina Burt Miss Alabama’s Teen 2023 will compete Miss America's Teen 2024 at the National Stage where at the end of Grand Finale, The reigning Teen Queen Washington's Morgan Greco Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2023 will crown her successor in 51 Contestants.
