Sun, Jun 25, 2023: The Reigning Queen Lía Aymara "Leah" Duarte Ashmore[ aka Leah Ashmore has just crowned her successor, The Winner against 10 Contestants, Elicena Andrada as new Miss Universe Paraguay 2023 at the end of Grand Finale in the Pageant Venue Paseo La Galeria Hotel & Suites Located in: Paseo La Galería, Asunción, Paraguay today on Sunday June 25th 2023 which started at 7pm EDT LIVE Anywhere at Youtube with the Trece Broadcast.

Andrada calls herself an artist, will represent her nation at the upcoming Miss Universe 2023 at El Salvador. She was Vice Queen of Miss World Paraguay 2022 and before that, she held 2nd Finalist Miss Grand Paraguay 2021 and Miss Latin America del Mundo 2017 crowns.
