Bemetra: Mobile medical team conducted 64 health tests in two days
Bemetara 27 May 2021 In order to eradicate the corona infection from city to village, house-to-door surveys are being conducted by Mitanians to identify people with symptoms of corona. At the same time, after identification of patients with seasonal diseases and symptoms of corona infection, the mobile medical unit team is going to villages and distributing medicines after conducting health tests. CMHO Dr. SK Sharma said, “In order to provide better medical facilities to the villagers in their village itself, the team of JAES Mobile Medical conducted a camp in the villages Maniyari and Silghat of Berla development block and tested the health of the people. During this period, free medicines were also distributed to 64 patients in two days in the camp.
Dr. Avinash Kurre, unit in-charge of the mobile medical team, said, “As soon as our team arrived with a mobile van in the village Maniyari, there was happiness in the face of the villagers. Being health conscious, a large number of people of the village reached the camp and got their health test done. Dr. Kurre said, people are being explained that they should stay at home to protect themselves and their loved ones. Masks came out of the houses only when necessary work was done. He informed that now the health department team is providing medicines in the homes itself after reaching the homes of the people by conducting health tests. During this time, people were told not to be afraid of mobile medical vans. Those who have any kind of doubt should get their health tested ”.
During this time 34 patients were identified and treated. These include 9 cold and cough 9, 4 sugar test 2 headache, 1 eye, skin fungal infection 6, weekiness and body pain 7, fever 2 and 2 gastric patients. Free medicines were distributed after treating them.
MMU team treated 30 villagers by setting up camp in Silghat
Rupendra Mishra, district in-charge of the mobile medical team, said, “The rules for applying masks with social distancing are being followed in the camp. While distributing free medicines after treatment to the patients, the team of Health Department was asked to take special vigilance. In the team of Mobile Medical, Dr. Avinash Kurre, Pharmacist Chandrabhushan, ANM Kesar Sinha, Lab Technician Topping and Pilot Narad Nirmalkar served the people in the medical team from morning to evening. He said, two mobile medical teams are organizing camps in the district every day. 25 villages are selected and camps are being organized in the month.
