Chancellors' meeting on 6 June in Raj Bhavan Bhopal

Bhopal: On Wednesday, June 3, 2020, a meeting of Vice Chancellors of all government universities has been held under the chairmanship of Governor Lalji Tandon. The meeting has been organized at Raj Bhavan on Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 12 noon.

Bhopal, 20 April 2020 -  Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan while reviewing the Chief Minister's Public Welfare (Sambal) Scheme in the Ministry directed that the effective implementation of this important scheme for the welfare of the poor and scheduled castes and scheduled tribes in the state should be ensured.

He said that last year obstacles have been seen in the implementation of this scheme, they should be removed.

15 Lakhs Madhya Pradesh Farmers gets INR 2990 Crores of Crop Insurance

Bhopal 19 April 2020 - Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that 15 lakh farmers of the state will get a total insurance of 2990 crores of crop insurance by next week. This amount will come directly into their accounts.

Chief Minister Chouhan was addressing the meeting of Agriculture Department in the Ministry today. Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Principal Secretary Agriculture Shri Ajit Kesari and other officials were present in the meeting.

Corona Screen Sheet to Madhya Pradesh Police

17 April 2020 - Mountaineer Ms. Megha Parmar teamed with Mr. Shobhit Nath Sharma to create a screen sheet to protect policemen from corona infection.

Ms. Parmar reached the control room and made 110 screen sheets so far and presented them to the policemen.

By the end of this month, his team is making 5000 sheets for policemen.

Ms. Parmar said that the cost of this sheet made of plastic and elastic is only between Rs 9-10.
