Chief Minister inaugurated Shaheed Memorial Government English Medium School

Raipur 20 August 2021: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel today inaugurated Shaheed Memorial English Medium School Fafadih in the capital Raipur with a new look. Under the “Swami Atmanand English Medium School Scheme” of the Government of Chhattisgarh, the Shaheed Memorial Government English Medium School, Raipur has been given the form of a modern English medium school with facilities to provide free high-level education resources to the poor families.
    On this occasion, Chief Minister Shri Baghel inspired the students to study well and move forward. He visited Chemistry, Biology, Physical Lab, Sports Room, Library and 10th, 8th Classroom. The Chief Minister saw the practical activities of the students in the chemical lab. Dolly Guha, her teacher in the biology lab, told that everyday items are being used to make the students understand the principles of science easily. During this, he also told the Chief Minister about the microscope prepared from the lens of the mobile to see the curd-forming bacteria.
During this, the Chief Minister discussed with the students after seeing the models prepared by the students under the Aamarite project in the library. The Chief Minister discussed with 10th commerce students Kumari Urvashi Nirmalkar and Kunal Sahu regarding their studies in school here. Urvashi, a student, told the Chief Minister that she was unable to pay the fees in the school where she studied earlier. After getting information about Shaheed Memorial Government English Medium School, he got his admission in this school. Studying in school is very good. Student Kunal Sahu told that the school in which he used to study earlier was away from home, due to having a well-equipped school in English medium near the house and after getting information about good studies, got his admission in this school.
Talking to class VIII student Kumari Prerna Devangan, the Chief Minister said that to see and understand a subject, it is necessary to have a broad perspective. Talking to the teachers and staff of the school, the Chief Minister said that all of you have the responsibility of building a better future for the students. Therefore, give good education to the children so that the children of the school can make their future better and bring laurels to the school in the whole country. Ministers including Chief Minister Shri Baghel encouraged the students by playing volleyball in the volleyball ground in the school premises. This old school has been given a new look by constructing a well-equipped sports ground, 11 class rooms, 07 smart class rooms, 04 ultra modern labs, 01 advanced library, large auditorium, dining class etc. in Shaheed Smarak English Medium School.
