Dhamtari, 26 October 2021: Under the 'Amrit Mahotsav', the 75th anniversary of the country's independence, a cultural evening will be organized in Dhamtari district on October 30 on the theme of 'Azadi Ke Pujari'. Collector Shri P.S.Elma has entrusted the officers with the responsibility for the successful operation of this program organized at Rudreshwar Mahadev Temple, Rudri, located on the banks of Mahanadi. He has appointed Joint Collector Shri Rishikesh Tiwari as Assistant Nodal Officer for the cultural evening program, under whose direction the work will be coordinated by Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development and District Education Officer.
According to the information received from the Collectorate, the responsibility of arranging tents, pandals, barricades and meetings at the venue has been entrusted to the Executive Engineer Public Works Department. Similarly, sector wise meeting for the guests on the stage will be arranged by Tehsildar Dhamtari. Printing of invitation card, arrangement of drinking water at the venue, Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Department, arrangement of electricity supply in the entire program, Executive Engineer Electrical Department and arrangement of sound system electricity and generator at the venue will be done by Sub-Divisional Officer Public Works Department/Electrical Mechanics. . The responsibility of cleanliness of the venue and mobile toilet will be of the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Dhamtari and the responsibility of arranging vehicles to bring and take the artists and school children to the venue will be the responsibility of District Transport Officer and Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Dhamtari.
Similarly, arrangements for bouquets, flower garlands for the program will be done by Assistant Director Horticulture, necessary medical and masks and sanitizers will be arranged at the venue by the Chief Medical and Health Officer. Snacks for the guests of the program and stalls of Chhattisgarh cuisine will be set up at the venue by women groups, whose responsibility will be of the District Program Officer, Women and Child Development Department. Responsibility for arrangement of media sector and photo and videography of entire program, Deputy Director Public Relations and Memento for chief guests, arrangement of shawl-shriphal, Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development, stage operation and arrangement of announcer, District Education Officer and souvenirs for artists And the citation will be arranged by Deputy Director Social Welfare and Assistant Director Skill Development.
