Dhamtari 05 September 2021: 'Aapki Dwar Ayushman Bharat (ADA 2.0)' campaign is being conducted in the district including the state till 30 September. According to the information received from Chief Executive Officer, District Panchayat Mrs. Priyanka Mahobia, under the campaign, the process of registration is being done through Choice Center/CSC Center for making Ayushman cards of the missing beneficiaries. He directed the Chief Executive Officers of all the Janpad Panchayats to ensure that the announcement regarding the making of Ayushman cards is done through the Sarpanch/Secretary of the concerned Gram Panchayat, so that the Ayushman card registration work can be completed in the district by September 30, the due date.

Balodabazar, 5 September 2021: Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana Under the Dr. Khubchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme, Ayushman cards are being made free of cost in the choice centers or common service centers of the district. So far more than 7 lakh 53 thousand Ayushman cards have been made in the district and about 8 lakh 43 thousand cards are yet to be made in the district. District Chief Health Medical Officer Dr Khemraj Sonwani informed that the process of making Ayushman card in the district is going on since July 25. This process will now go on till 30 September 2021. To make the card, the beneficiaries will have to go to the choice centers with the ration card and Aadhar card. Based on the eligibility of the family, families with functional Antyodaya cards, priority ration cards and Socio-Economic Computers will get annual facility for treatment up to Rs. 5 lakh from these cards from 2011 onwards, similarly, the remaining ration card holders will get 50 per annum annual ration card families. Free treatment up to Rs. thousand will be available in registered government and private hospitals through Ayushman card. The Chief Medical and Health Officer has appealed to the residents of the district to get Ayushman card made by visiting the nearest Choice Center so that free treatment can be availed if required. Instructions have been given to enter the center by wearing a mask. Choice center operators have been instructed to prepare an action plan to decongest the crowd. Along with this, those whose cards have been made are also being distributed. For this, the date cum village has been fixed.
