School Education Minister Dr. Premasai Singh Tekam has said that the Digital Olympiad is the best medium to develop the competitive spirit among the students. By participating in this, students not only develop their ability, but are also able to assess the level of their preparation at the national level. Dr. Tekam expressed his views on this at the Public Service Center (CSC) Olympiad Awards distribution ceremony held at the new rest house Raipur today. He gave away prizes to 10 talented children of Chhattisgarh, who were included in the merit list of Olympiads organized on various subjects for students from class III to 12th at the national level. This Olympiad was organized by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India on subjects like Hindi, English, Mathematics, Science, Physics, Chemistry etc. from 12 October to 4 November. 11 thousand children from Chhattisgarh registered their participation in Digital Olympiad. Minister Dr. Tekam honored the principals and teachers of schools participating in the Digital Olympiad by awarding them with a logo.
School Education Minister Dr. Tekam while congratulating and wishing the award-winning children, said that the Online Service Olympiad organized by the Public Service Center (CSC) in order to maintain a healthy attitude towards education in the coronals, as well as to develop healthy competition among them Done, which is a commendable effort. In this, students can register themselves either at home or by going to the nearest Public Service Center (CSC). Online reading material is also available according to the syllabus for the preparation of the competition. Students do not need to be called elsewhere for Digital Olympiad Examination. They can participate in the examination from their home or public service center.
School Education Minister Dr. Tekam has provided excellent education to the children under the present education system by the Government of Chhattisgarh, so that they can prepare themselves for world class competition. Emphasis is being laid on children having knowledge of various subjects as well as various languages, so that they can provide their services in any part of the country. Dr. Tekam said that 2 lakh 4 thousand children from all over the country participated in the Digital Olympiad of various subjects organized by the Public Service Center for the students of class III to 12th last year. 11 thousand children from Chhattisgarh registered their participation, which is commendable. He said that in view of the success of last year, Olympiads are being organized this year too. Schools and principals are expected to encourage more and more students to participate in the Olympiad.
On this occasion, the Head of State of Public Service Center-e-Governance Service India Limited, Mr. Madan Mohan Raut informed that registration for this national level digital Olympiad competition started from April 1 in the coronary. In the merit list of the competition, students of Chhattisgarh stood 5th at the national level. For this, the directors of all public service centers are eligible for congratulations. He informed that the state target has been set at 50 thousand in Olympiad to be held this year.
At the prize distribution ceremony, Devansh Soni, class III of Janjgir Champa, second prize tablet in Hindi subject, Sakhi Kaur Khalsa of Dhamtari district, third prize in English subject, smart phone, Khushi Haldhar of district Kanker, second prize in science subject, 5th class tablet , Second prize tablet in Mathematics subject of class 6th, Divyans Sahu of Gariaband district 1st prize laptop in class 7th Mathematics, Saumya Verma of Durg district, Second prize in class 10th English subject Smart phone, Devanshu Dewangan of Raipur district in class 11th Hindi subject Second prize tablet, Chirag Garg class 11th physical subject of Balrampur district Second prize tablet, Rajendra Verma class 12th Chemistry subject of Rajnandgaon district awarded third prize smart phone and Rishabh Tripathi class 12th physical subject laptop in Dhamtari district. Awarded certificates to all the children. Meritorious students, principals, teachers, district managers of the Public Service Center were also present at the function.
