Noky Simbani, 25, is ME, Master of Engineering, studied Chemical engineering at University of Birmingham, lives in Derby, works in Finance field as a commercial banker and leads business growth throughout the country. and founded Social Impact Initiative Boss Bios Celebrating Women to Empower Women. She recently hosted an event Boss Brunch & Clothing Drive Brown’s Bar and Brasserie Birmingham, B5 4BH in support of A-Sisterhood and Smart Works on Sun, June 19, 2022.

She is a speaker at panel events alongside senior leaders, raising awareness of the impact of unconscious bias and how it can be combated through inclusive cultures.
She was Miss Grand England 2017/2018.
