President of India virtually graces the 11th National Voters’ Day celebrations

President of India, Ram Nath Kovind, virtually graced and addressed the 11th National Voters’ Day Celebrations, being organised by the Election Commission of India, today (January 25, 2021).

India, Monday, 25 January 2021: During the event, the President conferred the National Awards for the year 2020-21 and also launched the Election Commission of India’s Web Radio: ‘Hello Voters’ – an online digital radio service.

Nation Celebrates the National Girl Child Day

Nation celebrated the National Girl Child Day today. The day is celebrated every year on 24thJanuary. The day is an initiative of the Ministry of Women and Child Development. The objective behind celebrating the National Girl Child Day is to provide all support and opportunities to the girls of the country.

State level function to be held in the auditorium of Indira Gandhi Agricultural College

National Voters' Day is celebrated every year on 25 January by the Election Commission of India with the aim of making voters aware.

State level function is being organized by Chief Electoral Officer Raipur at Indira Gandhi Agricultural College Raipur at 11 am on January 25.

Chief Lokayukta Chhattisgarh Public Commission Justice TP Sharma will be the chief guest of the function.

503 Anganwadi centers and 12 One Stop Centers Dedication on 24 Jan

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will virtually dedicate new Anganwadi centres during the launching of ‘Pankh Abhiyan’ organized at Minto Hall, Bhopal at 3 pm on National Girl Child’s Day.

District level Event of National Voters' Day in the Ajmer Board Auditorium

Ajmer, 22 January 2021. National Voters' Day January 25 district level program will be held in the Secondary Education Board Auditorium Hall.
     Deputy District Election Officer Kailash Chandra Sharma informed that information about e-IPIC will be given in this district level program of National Voters' Day. EPIC cards will be issued to newly registered voters. Winners of painting and essay competitions, best BLOs and personnel will be honored. The Election Commission's annual almanac and guide will also be released on this occasion.
