Fifth phase of excise settlement: Discount in reserve price and composite fees of the remaining shops from the bid
Udaipur, 06 April. The state government has fixed the day of April 10 for the fifth phase of the bid for the financial year 2021-22 by waiving the reserve price and composite fees of the underprivileged shops under the excise settlement in the state. This discount will be available only for those liquor shops which have not been bid at any earlier stage.
Excise Commissioner Dr. Jogaram said that the indigenous wines, Rajasthan made foreign liquor, India made foreign liquor and beer retail of shops (Composite shops) have been bid at any earlier stage and the bidders were backout of those shops. There has been no change in the original reserve price and basic composite fees. For the remaining shops which did not get any bid at any stage, the Reserve Price and Composite Fees have been exempted.
35% rebate has been given in the minimum reserve price and composite fees of the remaining shops in the border and fair area and 20% has been fixed for the remaining shops without bid. He told that the shops which had bid in the earlier phase and the condition of backout has been made, there has been a change in the amount of the bailout amount. For a shop with a reserve price of up to Rs. 50 Lakh, the deposit amount is Rs. 2 Lakh, for a shop with a reserve price of Rs. 50 Lakh to Rs. 2 Lakh, Rs. 3 Lakh for a shop with a reserve price of Rs. Has been kept. There has been no change in the security of the shops which were not bid in the past.
The Excise Commissioner informed that the online auction of the fifth phase will be held on April 10. For this, online applications will start from 11 am on Wednesday morning, which will be possible till 11.59 pm on April 9. The remaining terms are retained.
