Gabriëla Dos Santos Miss Universe Curaçao 2022-23 will represent her nation France at the 71ST Miss Universe 2022 Competition where India's Harnaaz Sandhu Miss Universe 2021 will crown her successor at the end of the Grand Finale in the New Orleans Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, United States on Sat, Jan 14, 2023.

The Reigning queen Gabriëla Dos Santos @gvbrieladossantos, Official Age 20, is a certified life coach who speaks four languages; English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamentu. She has visited over ten countries and is passionate about kickboxing, modeling, traveling, and nature as well as helping others to reach their full potential.

In 2019, she founded Light4change, an organization whose aim is to enable young people to find purpose in adversity and embrace who they are with full authenticity. Dos Santos has partnered with Kòrsou Uní, a nonprofit organization fighting discrimination and bullying. She also volunteers for Green Phenix, a social enterprise based in Curaçao that transforms plastic waste into new, usable products creating a circular economy.

In the near future, she hopes to continue her professional objectives as a motivational speaker and eventually host her very own television show to empower, educate and positively impact the lives of others.

She seeks to be the voice of her generation. Her goal is to be an example of a multifaceted woman who fights for equality, embraces challenges, and is fearless in the pursuit of her goals and dreams. Gabriëla is unrelenting, courageous, and focused on passionately championing social causes she wholeheartedly supports.

To my fellow contestants, the sisterhood bond that we have created, I will it cherish forever. Being in a competition is never easy and most of the time no fun, but we never made the competition stop us from really getting to know each other, being real and supporting each other in every way we could. There are no words to express how much each of you impacted my life and I will forever cherish the beautiful moments we have shared.
I am so happy that we all have the opportunity to represent our Dushi Kòrsou. Curaçao deserves to be shared internationally, its beauty, warmth, culture. I wish you both the best of luck

I am at a loss for words as I attempt to thank my friends, family, fellow community members and sponsors for the love and support that has been shown throughout my journey!

My walk on the Miss Curaçao stage was an experience that I will cherish for all of my life. I didn't hold anything back, and I performed my best and with even more purpose than ever before.

I am filled with warmth & gratitude towards ‘mi pueblo di Kòrsou’ for deeming me a worthy representative for our island in the upcoming Miss Universe 2022.
