Gariaband: Dung procurement in Gauthans should be systematically - Collector Chhatar Singh Dehre, Invited suggestions regarding lockdown in the district
Collector reviewed deadline cases
Gariaband 21 July 2020 Collector Chhatar Singh Dehre reviewed department-wise pending deadline cases in the officers' meeting today.
He invited suggestions from all the subdivisional authorities of the district regarding lockdown in Gariaband district as well as other districts to control the growing effects of Kovid-19 infection in the state as well as in the district.
The collector said that the officer should consult the businessmen, public representatives and distinguished citizens of the area and give their suggestions regarding the lockdown. He asked the officials to ensure strict adherence to the guidelines issued by the government regarding control of Kovid-19.
Expressing dissatisfaction over not taking samples of the prescribed number of people by the Health Department, despite the instructions of the government, directed the CMHO to give show cause notice to BMOs of Chhaura, Rajim and Gariaband in this regard.
Collector Dehra said that the ambitious Godhan Nyaya Yojana of the state has also been launched in the district. With this, the dung procurement has started in the Gothans of the district. He said that the scheme should be implemented in the district better.
The work of purchasing cow dung and maintaining the register will be done by the Gothan Committee. District CEO should provide registration and other materials related to procurement in Gothan. It should be ensured that dung sale is paid on time to the cattle farmers.
The Collector said that better implementation of the Roca-Cheka campaign should be done in urban body areas as in villages.
The officials of the Revenue and Agriculture Department should set targets for Girdawari every week and start work.
KCC card should be made for all registered farmers.
The Collector directed the Assistant Registrar Cooperative Society to take action on the committee related to the procurement centers having paddy shortage.
After rationalization of government fair price shops, the Food Officer was directed to submit proposals for approval from the collector for new shops.
Collector Chhatar Singh Dehre instructed the District Education Officer to investigate the purchase of sports material under Khelgarhia in schools. He directed the Deputy Director Veterinary Services to send more and more cases to the banks to benefit the beneficiaries from the departmental schemes operated by the Veterinary Department.
The Collector directed the officers to dispose of the applications received under the Public Service Guarantee within the time-limit and to provide information to the applicants under the Right to Information within a period of time and submit the reply to the letters of the Minister in-charge within a week.
