Signing-Off Statement by Tess O’Riordan Miss Massachusetts' Outstanding Teen 2021

It won’t be too long until I fold up my sash for the last time, stowing my crown away in its case. Still, Massachusetts will remain in my heart.

Summing this year up in a few words would be impossible, and looking back, it still feels like a dream. What an absolute gift it has been to serve this wonderful state. Thank you for everything♥️
