The current reigning teen queen Gabby Ortega Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2022 just crowned her successor, the Winner against 34 Contestants, Miss Mountain View Teen USA, Katie Setzer as New Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2023 at the end of Grand Finale in High Point Theatre on Sat, Feb 25, 2023 to start at 7:30 PM @ In-person and Live Stream Anywhere produced by RPM Productions group.
Katie Setzer Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2023 is the 41ST Miss Teen USA 2023 Contestant and will represent her NC State at the upcoming Miss Teen USA 2023 Pageant where reigning queen Faron Medhi Miss Teen USA 2022 will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale in the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. Newly crowned Katie Setzer is The First Miss Kentucky Teen USA in Anne JKN's Universe Era.
Katie Setzer has also won, before last year, Miss North Carolina High School 2021 Crown!
