For the prevention of corona, people who have been instructed by the government authorities for home quarantine have the responsibility to be confined in a safe area of ​​their home and not to increase the risk of corona infection. There is also a provision for punishment under Section 188 and 271 of the IPC and Sections 51 to 60 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005 for violation.

Home Quarantine Guidelines

Stay for 14 days in separate ventilated and toilet room
Take special care of hygiene and wash your hands with soap after sneezing, coughing, pre meal and toilet
The person residing in Quarantine and caring for them must wear the mask.

Guidelines for other family members

Avoid sharing household items such as utensils, towels, clothes, etc. with a potentially infected person.
All family members wash hands with soap and water or a hand sanitizer containing alcohol.
Determine one member of the family to take care of the person living in quarantine.
Keep the elderly, pregnant, children and sick people away from the person living in quarantine.
Quarantine locations, beds, tables, etc. should be disinfected with 1 percent sodium hypochlorite solution.
Misleading publicity on social media, violation of lockdown, violation of quarantine instructions are closely monitored. More than 3000 people have been arrested and 46,900 vehicles have been seized so far.

 

Lockdown and curfew should be strictly followed - Chief Minister

Jaipur, 5, 2020 April Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has directed to ensure strict lockdown and curfew in the state to prevent corona infection. He said that it is necessary for people to stay in homes to avoid corona.

Shri Gehlot was reviewing the situation of lockdown and curfew in the state with the Home Department and senior police officials through video conferencing at the Chief Minister's residence on Sunday. The Chief Minister said that in such a difficult time, the policemen are standing on the road and are performing their duty with promptness. Along with this, we are also supporting other systems and human works, which is commendable.

During this time, the Chief Minister directed to provide complete protection to the doctors and health workers undergoing treatment for the patients of this epidemic. He said that it is the responsibility of all of us to provide security to the Corona Warriors. Shri Gehlot instructed that police officers should put an effective check on rumors and misinformation being spread through social media and other means. Implement strict action on such people.

Additional Director General of Police in-charge returned after visiting his range, informing the Chief Minister about the lockdown and curfew areas, saying that curfew has been imposed in 34 police station areas of different districts of the state. Discussion with Core Group and Crisis Management Group

Mr. Gehlot also videoconferenced with senior officials of the Crisis Management Group of the Core Group and War Room to review the situation in Corona. The Chief Minister instructed to ensure all arrangements for Isolation, availability of medical equipment, delivery of ration and food items, necessary arrangements in camps made for migrant workers, safe delivery of pregnant women etc. He discussed about harvesting, starting of trading in agricultural commodities in mandis, etc.

Chief Secretary Mr. DB Gupta told the Chief Minister that in the video conferencing taken by the Union Cabinet Secretary today, the measures taken in Bhilwara to rescue Corona have been appreciated. He informed that the Union Cabinet Secretary has indicated to implement Bhilwara model across the country.

War room in-charge Information and Technology Department Principal Secretary Mr. Abhay Kumar informed about the dash board prepared for trekking of people living in Quarantine. He said that by this the trekking of activities of such people is being ensured.
