Mahasamund: Online application invited from youth under Prime Minister Employment Generation Program Scheme
Through the financial institutions PMEGP year 2020-21, loans available for manufacturing 25 lakh rupees and service sector up to 10 lakh rupees.

Online applications have been invited by District Trade and Industry Center Mahasamund for the year 2020-21 in the district under the Prime Minister Employment Generation Program (PMEGP) to establish self-employment to the youth of the district.
The General Manager of the District Trade and Industry Center informed that under this scheme, loans will be provided to the youth for manufacturing up to Rs 25 lakh and services sector up to a maximum of Rs 10 lakh through financial institutions for the industry and services sector. According to the rule of the government, under this scheme, from 15 to 25 percent grant will be given in class wise urban areas and 25 to 35 percent margin for rural areas.
Giving information, the General Manager of the District Trade and Industry Center said that the age of the applicant should not be less than 18 years and should have passed 08th standard. The bank should not be a defaulter of the financial institution and should not have availed the grant before the Government of India or the State Government.
The general manager of the District Trade and Industry Center informed that apart from the application, the necessary documents along with the permanent certificate, Aadhaar card, educational certificate, project report, passport size photo and the population certificate of the village concerned on setting up industry and service in rural areas.
