Dhamtari, November 10, 2021: Mayor of Municipal Corporation Dhamtari, Mr. Vijay Devangan and Collector Mr. P.S. Elma visited together to make arrangements for providing basic facilities to the residents of Dhamtari. He visited various wards of the city from 6.30 am to 8 am today and also listened to their problems after discussing with the ward residents. During the visit, various under construction works including cleanliness of the wards, drinking water supply, road repair were reviewed and necessary instructions were given to the corporation staff on the spot.

During the city tour, Hatkeshar Ward Reach Collector approved the demarcation of open land in front of Muktidham and completion of PD Nala, 25 laborers from mineral fund item for cleanliness, garbage from near Angarmoti temple and Directed to remove 'C' and 'D' waste. Apart from this, the Mayor and the Collector also gave instructions to get regular cleaning of the drains of the ward, to solve the problem of lease, to repair the roads damaged due to pipeline expansion. On the spot, the collector asked the corporation staff to send a letter to the Religious and Archaeological Trust Department to get the Nagdev temple renovated.

After this he also inspected Subhashnagar and Sheetlapara wards. During the inspection of these wards, the Collector instructed to install tape taps in private houses. At the same time, he asked to get the filling done on the land located near the Kanta pond, repair of Sabhasnagar CT / PT. Apart from this, Collector Elma gave instructions to the corporation staff to get the land located near the Patta in Khamhan Bari street, the demarcation of the land located near Sinha Samaj Bhawan and the land of Anjuman located near the boundary. Councilors Mrs. Geetanjali Mahilange, Mr. Suraj Geherwal, Mr. Bhishan Nishad along with Commissioner Municipal Corporation Dhamtari Mr. Manish Mishra and Nigam staff were present on this occasion.
