Sat, Feb 25, 2023: Mckenzie Hansley 1st Runner-up Miss North Carolina USA 2023 is announced Winner against 69 Contestants at at the end of Miss NCUSA 2023 Grand Finale in High Point Theatre on Sat, Feb 25, 2023 starting at 7:30 PM. Mckenzie was Miss North Carolina Teen 2015 (MNCOTeen) and Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2017. She tells "Fun fact: I was Miss Spivey’s Corner Outstanding Teen 2015 before I was crowned Miss NC’s Outstanding Teen 2015!"

One month from today there will be a new @missncteenusa and @missncusa and boy will they have huge shoes to fill. Gabby and Morgan both took this year on by storm and have represented NC incredibly. I’m so immensely grateful for this opportunity to compete with some of the most well rounded, established, and intelligent women in NC! See you all in a month!
