The Pageant is "Calling all the beautiful aspiring Filipina eco-beauties. Miss Philippines Earth is now accepting applicants". Note The Qualifications: Miss Philippines Earth 2023 Eligibility Criteria
- Filipinas, 18 to 28 years old (must still be 28 until by the end of December 2023)
- At least a high school graduate and of good moral standing
- With outstanding looks and personality
- Never been married, single, never given birth
- At least 5 feet and 4 inches in height
- With above-average communication skills, and knowledge on and concern for the environment

Jennylynn Sinead Ramp aka Jenny Ramp Miss Philippines Earth 2022 was crowned by Naelah Alshorbaji a Parañaque City native. The Grand Finale hosted by Robi Domingo was held in Tag Resort, Coron, Palawan on Saturday August 6, 2022. Jenny lives in Santa Ignacia, Tarlac.
Miss Philippines Earth Pageant aims to give a strong emphasis on environmental awareness programs. The five titleholders will serve as the Ambassador to environmental protection campaigns in the country. MISS PHILIPPINES-EARTH represent the Philippines to one of the biggest international beauty competitions - the MISS EARTH Pageant.
