I feel so proud of how I pushed myself physically and mentally to become stronger, especially considering that pageantry wasn’t on my radar until last year. Younger me would be amazed! The outpouring of encouragement that I received from my community has me feeling the love! To those who came to support me, to the amazing people who helped me along the way, and to the women I met at the competition, I am beyond thankful and inspired by you! I will be cheering on our 2023 class of women, our Miss Kentucky USA, and the contestants competing for years to come!

Wed, Feb 22, 2023: The Reigning Queen Lizzy Neutz Miss Kentucky USA 2022 is waiting for her last walk and to crown her successor, The WINNER in 54 Contestants at the end of Grand Finale at Theater Stage of The Center For Rural Development Somerset on Sat, Feb 25th, 2023 scheduled to start at 4:00 PM. Elizabeth "Lizzy" Neutz labels her reign with touchy words “I am still so honored to have been able to go across my state this year as our representative.” She details further “From derby events, to judging pageants, decorated tables & window painting, to talking with our youth in schools, to supporting organizations like Best Buddies Kentucky Nonprofit organization, NAMI Louisville & Sarcoma Foundation of America Nonprofit organization, to attending farmers markets & kickball games and so much more! What a year.”

The People's Choice Winner in 103 Miss and Teen Contestants with the second highest votes gets a guaranteed spot in the Semi-Finals and Winner in 8 Jr. Ambassador Contestant with the 2nd highest votes receives the People's Choice Award.

Louisville’s Elizabeth "Lizzy" Neutz aka Lizzy Neutz Miss Kentucky USA 2022 was crowned by Elle Smith Miss Kentucky USA 2022, Miss USA 2021 and TOP 10 Miss Universe 2021 at the end of Grand Finale in The Center for Rural Development Somerset on Sat, Mar 26, 2022. 

Till now Kentucky has 2 Miss USA Crowns brought home by Tara Conner Miss 2006 and Elle Smith Miss USA 2021. Tara Conner further emerged as 4th Runner-up to Zuleyka Rivera Miss Universe 2006. The 55TH Miss Universe was held at the Shrine Auditorium Los Angeles, California, USA on Sun, July 23, 2006 with 86 Contestants.

The new KY Queen Miss Kentucky USA 2023 will compete for The 3rd Miss USA Crown. She will represent her KY State at the upcoming 72ND Miss USA 2023 Pageant where the reigning queen R'Bonney Gabriel Miss Texas USA 2022, Miss USA 2022 & Miss Universe 2022 will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale in the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. She will the 12th entry to Miss USA 2023 Class and The First KYUSA Winner under new Owner Dr. Anne Jakrajutatip of Miss USA, Miss Teen USA & Miss Universe.
