Pageantry wasn’t some thing that I would have ever imagined to be such a huge part of my life but it was an airport conversation that changed everything and made me sign up for my first pageant!
Some people say the third times a charm, but I believe now in the fourth and final.
No matter how big or small your dream is, you owe it to yourself to see it through! This title has meant so much more than a crown to me but instead a reminder of my drive and resilience.

Thu, Apr 13, 2023, Hollywood: Its Bag Pack time for fifty women across the state coming to City of Johnstown to compete. The time to crown the new queen is approaching fast, the Reigning Queen Billie LaRaé Owens Miss Pennsylvania USA 2022 will crown her successor, the winner in 57 contestants as 73RD Miss Pennsylvania USA 2023 in evening hours on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at the end of Grand Finale which is set to start at 3:00 PM in Richland Performing Arts Center Johnstown. The Miss USA State Preliminary, Miss Pennsylvania USA Pageant has produced 72 Queens since 1952. All the contestants and fans are counting minutes to watch the coronation with several crown holders specially coming Johnstown for cheering new sister queen. Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2023 is also a joint pageant with the Miss PAUSA 2023 Pageant with all activities set at one place and one stage.

Billie LaRaé Owens Miss Pennsylvania USA 2022 herself was crowned by Sydney Robertson Miss Pennsylvania USA 2021 at Richland Performing Arts Center on Sun, April 24, 2022 who represented at Miss USA 2022 but couldn’t make to semifinalist list. She has actively done her official jobs participating in social activities and fund rasiers.

The First Pageant Activity is Personal Interview where All The 57 Miss Pennsylvania USA 2023 Contestants have to face judges one at a time revealing their personality and whatever they have in store to become the winner.

The Preliminary is LIVE Pre-final but the performance of delegates adds to their judging marks. Final Round is everything revealing the best and “preparation of long time” contained by the competitor exposed on stage in front of guests and streamed online everywhere.

Miss Pennsylvania USA 2023 and Miss Pennsylvania Teen USA 2023 Week Apr 15-16th has returned for third year to official Pageant Venue Richland Performing Arts Center, Johnstown, PA.

Victoria Piekut Miss Pennsylvania USA 2020 was crowned on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at the pageant venue Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center Located in University of Pittsburgh, Schoolhouse Road, Johnstown.
