Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel informed MP Rahul Gandhi about the various public welfare schemes of the Chhattisgarh government. MP Rahul Gandhi praised dung procurement, the plan to generate electricity from cow dung and the system of purchasing paddy.
On reaching the main venue of the Science College, MP Rahul Gandhi welcomed him by wearing a crown of Gaur Singh.
MP Rahul Gandhi took special information about the ambitious Swami Atmanand English Medium School scheme of the state government in the exhibition site. He also discussed with the school children regarding the syllabus of this scheme.
MP Rahul Gandhi visited the processing units of Kodo, Kutki and Ragi while visiting the exhibition stalls at Science College ground today. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel told Gandhi that Millet Mission has been started in Chhattisgarh to promote millet crops. Under which Kodo, Kutki and Ragi are being purchased from the farmers producing these crops at support price. Along with this, a provision has been made to give an input subsidy of Rs 10,000 per acre to the farmers taking Kodo, Kutki and Ragi crops under the Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana. The millets to be purchased will be used in the mid-day meal program Anganwadi's nutritional diet program to remove malnutrition. He also informed that small processing units and packaging units are being set up in the villages producing millets. Arrangements have been made by experts to provide technical guidance as well as good seeds for millet production. For this MoU has been signed between India Institute of Millet Research Hyderabad and 14 millet producing districts of the state. MP Rahul Gandhi praised the Millet Mission of Chhattisgarh.
MP Rahul Gandhi visited Kalagudi at the development exhibition site. He described Kalagudi, developed in Bastar district for the preservation and promotion of ancient arts like Dhokra (Bel Metal), Wrote Iron, Tumba, Shishal, Kasht, Bamboo etc., remarkable for the development of Bastar Art. On being asked by MP Gandhi, it was told that till now more than 500 artisans' families are getting benefited from Kalagudi. These families are getting an income of more than Rs 2 lakh. Women engaged in bamboo crafts and furniture manufacturing in Bijapur district are now making bamboo products and making them available for purchase in the markets of other states. Earning an additional monthly income of 2500 to 3000 rupees with daily livelihood.
12 societies in Dantewada district have been allotted 5 acres of land for social and cultural building at one place.

Chief Minister took stock of the preparations by reaching the Science College ground
Raipur, 02 February 2022: Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel reached the Science College ground today and took stock of the preparations for the programs to be organized there on 3 February. The Chief Minister stayed at the venue for more than 2 hours. During this, he inspected the main stage, food pandal, agricultural and service village exhibition, stalls of Bastar division and gave necessary directions to the officials regarding the preparations. In the food pandal, MP Rahul Gandhi will have a meal with Gandhian ideologues and landless agricultural labourers.
Lok Sabha MP Rahul Gandhi will launch the Chhattisgarh government's ambitious 'Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana' and 'Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club Scheme' on February 3 at the Science College ground in Raipur, as well as a new initiative to cherish the memories of Mahatma Gandhi. The 'Sevagram' to be established in Raipur and 'Chhattisgarh Amar Jawan Jyoti' to be established in Chhattisgarh Armed Police Force 4th Battalion premises at Mana Raipur will be worshiped. Rahul Gandhi will reach Swami Vivekananda Airport Raipur at 12 noon and from there he will come directly to Science College ground. After the program, Rahul Gandhi will leave for New Delhi by plane at 3.40 pm.

Chief Secretary Jain along with the officers inspected the various stalls being set up in the Science College ground of Raipur and gave necessary instructions to the officials regarding the preparations. Chief Secretary Jain has observed the exhibition and stalls being put up by the districts of Bastar division at Bastar Dome. Stalls are being set up here showcasing the rich cultural tradition and lifestyle of Bastar. Bastar Dome is the main center of attraction in the exhibition. He also visited the stalls put up by the Agriculture Department. During the inspection, Director General of Police Ashok Juneja, Additional Chief Secretary Subrata Sahu, Secretary General Administration Dr. Kamalpreet Singh, Secretary Public Relations Department Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi, State Nodal Officer of Godhan Nyay Yojana, Dr. S. Raipur, 2 February, 2022: Lok Sabha MP Rahul Gandhi will launch the ambitious 'Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiheen Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana' and 'Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club Scheme' of Chhattisgarh Government on February 3rd at Science College Ground in Raipur. Besides, Rahul Gandhi will also do bhumipujan of 'Sevagram' and 'Chhattisgarh Amar Jawan Jyoti' in Nava Raipur, to cherish the memories of Mahatma Gandhi.
For the first time in the country, landless rural agricultural laborers in Chhattisgarh will be provided financial aid of Rs 6 thousand per year in three installments under 'Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojna', as per the announcement of Chief Minister. On the occasion of the launch of the scheme, Rahul Gandhi will release an amount of Rs 2 thousand as the first installment in the accounts of 3 lakh 55 thousand beneficiaries of this scheme. Budget provision of Rs 200 crore has been made for this scheme. Rural landless agricultural labour families including shepherds, carpenters, blacksmiths, cobblers, barbers, washermen and priests, forest produce collectors and other categories including the families belonging to Pauni-Pasari system will be eligible for availing the same. A large section of the beneficiaries of the scheme belong to the Other Backward Classes. Chhattisgarh Government will include other categories as beneficiaries under the scheme as per the eligibility and requirements.
At the program, Rahul Gandhi will also do Bhumipujan of 'Sevagram' in Nava Raipur. 'Sevagram' will be established in Nava Raipur as a pilgrimage of modern India, on the lines of Sevagram Ashram in Wardha. To cherish the memories of Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi, 'Sevagram' will be developed as an important center of Gandhiji's thought, philosophy and Gandhism as an ideology. The construction of Sevagram will be done using natural materials like clay, lime, stone. Centers of Gandhian principles, rural arts and crafts will be developed in Sevagram. Besides promoting the folk arts of Chhattisgarh, old age homes and schools for the underprivileged will also be established here. Sevagram will also be equipped with training facility for all types of artisans. This would to strengthen the rural economy and would also help in realizing the dream of Gram Swaraj.
On this day, Lok Sabha MP Rahul Gandhi will also lay the foundation of 'Chhattisgarh Amar Jawan Jyoti' in Chhattisgarh Armed Forces Complex, Mana Raipur. Chhattisgarh Amar Jawan Jyoti will be established on the lines of New Delhi India Gate, in honor of the martyrs. Chhattisgarh Amar Jawan Jyoti will be dedicated to the brave sons of Chhattisgarh Mahtari, who went for uniformed services and sacrificed their lives for the country, and the bravehearts from across the nation who sacrificed their lives while serving Chhattisgarh Mahtari. Here, a wall with the name of martyrs, a memorial tower and a VVIP stage will also be established in Chhattisgarh Amar Jawan Jyoti.
The wall with the list of martyrs will be constructed with brown marble and the names of the martyrs will be engraved in the same marble. This wall will remain in the form of a crescent of about 25 feet high and a length of about 100 feet, the thickness of this wall will be 3 feet. The memorial tower will be built with sandstone brown white marble granite in front of a crescent-shaped wall. At the top of this tower, a memento will be placed while rifle and helmet will be made in the form of insignia at the base in front of the memorial tower. Chhattisgarh Amar Jawan Jyoti will be lit in front of this symbol, and it will be kept ignited 24x7 with fuel supply through underground pipeline. A fort-like two-storey building will be constructed just in front of the Memorial Tower. In front of this building, 16 domes will be constructed for the 16 buglers to stand. A picture exhibition of martyrs will be kept on the first floor of this building and arms exhibition will be kept on the second floor. Mess and residential rooms with all facilities will be constructed in this unit for the the families of the martyrs, when they come to attend State Level Police Commemoration Day, which is organized every year on October 21.
Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club is being constituted in the state with the aim of organizing the youth power of Chhattisgarh and channelizing it towards building Nava Chhattisgarh. This youth club will help the youngsters to develop leadership skills and will also give them opportunity to get involved in creative work. Under this scheme, an action plan has been prepared for the formation of 13 thousand 269 Rajiv Yuva Mitan Clubs in the state. Each club will consist of 20 to 40 youths of age group 15 to 40 years. These clubs will be given an amount of Rs one lakh in a year at the rate of 25-25 thousand rupees every three month. Committees to operate these clubs have been constituted from the state-level to the gram panchayat level. Rahul Gandhi will also launch this scheme during the program.
On this occasion, a theme based development exhibition will be organized at Science College ground from February 03 to 05. Various income oriented activities related to Godhan Nyay Yojana, activities of Livelihood Mission, unique identity and achievements of Bastar division will be showcased live in the exhibition. Seminars-discussions on the topics such as Mahatma Gandhi's ideology, contribution of youth, rural landless agricultural labourers, tribute to martyrs will also be organized at this exhibition.

Raipur, 02 February 2022: MP Rahul Gandhi is coming to Raipur on 3 February. He will launch Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Mazdoor Krishi Nyay Yojana at Science College ground here. Shri Rahul Gandhi will also visit the Bastar Dome at Science Ground during this period. Here Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel will inform him about the development works being done for the protection of tribal development culture and traditions in the seven districts of Bastar division. Here Rahul Gandhi will also interact with the beneficiaries from all the seven districts and know their experiences. Member of Parliament Shri Gandhi will be aware of the culture, tradition and lifestyle of Bastar region. The doli of the adorable goddess Danteshwari Mai of Bastar and the revered Angadeva are also seated in the Bastar Dome.

In Kondagaon of Bastar, more than 20 waterfalls and natural places have been connected with the tourist circuit, due to which livelihood has also been enhanced.
A 5-year MoU has been done by the Dantewada district administration under Denex, in which a total of 75 lakh products will be made.
More than 150 families are getting employment from Denex. Denex has now become the identity of Bastar.
Bastar Academy of Dance Art, Literature and Language Sanstha Badal has also been established, which has been formed to protect the folk dance, folk songs, local language, literature and craftsmanship here. Sarva Samaj Ekta Parishad has been envisaged to increase mutual harmony among different sections of the society and the basic spirit of Indian culture, whose glimpse will be seen here.
Coffee is being cultivated in Darbha and many other villages of Bastar, due to which farmers are getting profit of more than 30 thousand per acre. Think B has been formed to motivate the youth of Bastar towards self-employment, innovation and entrepreneurship. With this 12 startups have been started.
Pre Birth Waiting Home is an important innovative initiative in Narayanpur District. Motorbike ambulance has been started with the objective of promoting institutional delivery, which has taken the responsibility of providing safe delivery on the spot by going to the remote 25-30 villages around. Replicas of Devgudi and Anga Dev of the region have been made, which are part of the adorable and ancient culture of the tribal region including Bastar.
