Sarkar Thanks Teachers who are innovating Loudspeaker Schools to teach rural kids
The department thanks all the teachers who have taken regular online classes from their respective homes during Kovid. Apart from this, many of our teacher colleagues also successfully launched various offline models.
10 Loudspeaker Schools Identified in Chhattisgarh
Around 10 such models have been implemented by teachers in our state.
One of these model "loudspeaker schools" has been started in Bastar district.
The loudspeaker school was studied by the Minister of School Education.
He discussed in detail through a conference with officials associated with the implementation of the scheme in Bastar district and found the model quite suitable for the current Corona lockdown.
In this model, loudspeakers are made available by the panchayat for the education of children in villages or by collaborating with DJs. With loudspeakers, teachers start teaching children. Children sit at their homes or small groups and listen to the lessons carefully.
Such classes start every day with a state song
Various tasks are also provided to the children through loudspeakers, and in pairs the teacher can see the children working while walking in the village during lessons.
Whether the classes of children are being regular in the village or not, the whole village comes to know
School Education Minister Dr. Premasai Singh Tekam is overwhelmed by this innovation of Bastar teachers.
He has appealed to all the districts to start this scheme in at least one school in each panchayat of their district within the next one week through available resources and arrangements of teachers and willing associates to teach in it. Do it
He has also appealed to the parents to help the children to continue to learn from the loudspeaker school while at home using all safety related standards.
In the Bastar district, 56 panchayats have started loudspeaker schools in the last one week from 11 panchayats.
There are about ten thousand panchayats in the state and if all the panchayats go ahead and implement the scheme then the learning of lakhs of children of the state can be continued from this model.
Detailed guidelines for this scheme have also been prepared by Sampoorna Shiksha, Chhattisgarh.
