Raipur: Chief Minister appreciated the work done by Gurudwara Hirapur Tatibandh Committee for the service of migrant workers

Raipur, 25 May 2020 Officials and members of Gurdwara Hirapur Tatibandh Committee met Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel today at his residence premises under the leadership of MLA Vikas Upadhyay.

The Chief Minister appreciated the service work being done by the members of the Gurdwara Committee for the migrant workers coming from other states to Raipur during the Corona crisis, and thanked them for these works of humanity.

In the lockdown, food has been arranged in the pandal set up by the district administration and smart city in Tatiband for migrant workers going from other states to their states through Chhattisgarh.

Migrant workers are being fed and sent by buses to their states.

Officials and members of the Gurudhara Committee are constantly being supported as volunteers in the system of langar and buses.

During the meeting with the Chief Minister, Chairman of Gurdwara Hirapur Shri Gurusing Sabha Ranjot Singh Gill along with members Happy Bajwa, Sobjit Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Harvinder Singh, Mandeep Singh, Jagjit Singh, Sandeep Tiwari and Ved Prakash were present.
