Raipur, 17 June 2020 Private school operators in the name of online education will no longer be able to charge education fees from parents.
On the complaint of collection of fees by private school operators in the name of online education, the District Education Officer Raipur has banned the collection of fees in the name of online class.
If a private school does not follow these instructions, action will be taken against that school under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
The District Education Officer has issued orders to the principals and managers of all private schools in Raipur district.
In order to stop the online education fees, it is said that all private schools should postpone the recovery of school fees during the period of lockdown, so that parents and children do not get disturbed.
The online education fee restriction order states that no message should be transmitted to any foster in writing or through mobile to collect school fees during the lockdown period.
Parents' meetings of any kind should not be organized in a private school.
Education fees should not be charged from parents for online education system.
