Kawardha: Administrative proceedings for allotment of land started on the demand of Shri Shankaracharya Jankalyan Trust, the date of its hearing was 23 November, claim objection was called
Kawardha, 09 November 2021: A demand for land has been made by Shri Shankaracharya Jankalyan Nyas Kawardha for installing saffron flag at Sahaspur Lohara Marg Chowk. On the demand of the trust, the district administration has started its proceedings. This matter is pending in the court. The matter will be heard on November 23. Taking action on this matter, Kawardha Tehsildar has raised claim objection regarding the marked land. In this regard, any person, organization, can submit his claim, objection himself or through his advocate. No claim will be entertained on objection received after the due date.
While informing the general public in this regard on November 8, 2021, the Tehsil office said that the applicant Chandraprakash Upadhyay, Chief Managing Trustee, Shri Shankaracharya Jankalyan Trust Kawardha, located in Nazul Nagar Kawardha, sheet number 12, plot number 24/1, total area 23646.12 and. m. Out of this, it has been announced by Param Pujya Swami Shri Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati Ji Maharaj to install saffron flag in a pillar of 108 feet length in a total of 100 square feet (in Lohara Marg) by 10 feet by 10 feet.
After submitting the application before the District Collector for allotment of land by giving advance possession to Shri Shankaracharya Jankalyan Nyas, the said place has been duly examined and received in respect of the inquiry report. The matter regarding which is pending in the court. The date of hearing of which has been fixed on 23 November 2021.
A vision map has also been issued in this regard by the Tehsil office. If any person, organization has to submit any claim/objection in this regard, then by appearing in person or through his/her counselor, he/she can present claim/objection in the office number 25 of office collector Kabirdham till the appointed date during the official period. Claims, objections will not be entertained after the due date.
