Instructions given to ensure adequate oxygen cylinder arrangement
Surajpur May 11, 2021 Collector Ranbir Sharma inspected the Emergency Covid Care Center at Mangal Bhavan in the city in view of the increase of corona infection. The Collector inquired about the arrangement of beds, fans, lights, sanitizers, masks, water heaters and other arrangements that are in daily use. Directive has been directed by the collector to ensure adequate oxygen cylinders. He has directed the Municipality Officer to fix the cleanliness arrangements in the Emergency Covid Care Center and remove unnecessary items. During the inspection, Zila Panchayat CEO Mr. Rahul Dev, Joint Collector Mr. Shiv Banerjee, SDM Mr. Pushpendra Sharma, CMHO Dr. RS Singh, CMO Jyotsna Toppo and other officials were present.
The Corona Vaccination Center set up at the Specialized Therapy Center at Old Bus Stand was also inspected by Collector Ranbir Sharma to fix the arrangements for the vaccination center. The Collector also spoke to the beneficiaries who came to vaccinate, and following the physical distance, it was urged to take the vaccine in a systematic and careful manner. He inspected the Antyodaya, APL, BPL vaccine registers, ration card number and during inspection, the register was found to be correct. The Collector directed to register all categories of vaccinated persons in the register in an orderly manner. He also inquired about the availability of the vaccine and how many vaccines are installed. He encouraged all the working officers to protect themselves and do good work continuously.
