Campaign to keep common citizens fit, yoga will be practiced every morning in Oxyzone behind the collectorate office
Chhattisgarh Yog Ayog aka The Yoga Commission Chairman Gyanesh Sharma resumes free yoga classes in the capital Oxyzone at Pola Tihar
Raipur, 06 September 2021: In the presence of Chhattisgarh Yoga Commission Chairman Shri Gyanesh Sharma today, on the occasion of Pola Tihar, a free regular yoga practice class was re-launched at Oxyzone located behind the Collectorate office of the capital Raipur. Free yoga practice will be conducted here daily from 6 am to 7 am by the commission. Mr. Sharma has started this campaign with the aim of keeping the common citizens fit and incorporating yoga in their daily lifestyle. Raipur South MLA and Chairman of Chhattisgarh Housing Board Raipur Mr. Kuldeep Juneja also participated in the yoga class. All citizens of Raipur city can participate in yoga practice.
It is noteworthy that earlier, regular yoga practice for common citizens was being done by the Yoga Commission in the Garden located in the Collectorate premises, but it was postponed due to the lockdown. Poonam Shukla, Master Trainer of the Yoga Commission, told to do yoga with pranayama in the yoga class. Councilor Akash Tiwari, Secretary, Yoga Commission ML Pandey, instructors of Yoga Commission, instructors of Indian Institute of Yoga and a large number of common citizens were present on this occasion.
