Applications are invited for the empanelment of State Quality Monitors under the Prime Minister's Rural Road Development Authority till November 22.
Raipur, 12 November 2021: Chhattisgarh Rural Road Development Agency, an agency of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department of the State Government, has invited applications for the empanelment of State Quality Monitors under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana by 22 November 2021.
For this, applications have been invited from retired civil engineers from the rank of executive engineer or above and retired professors (civil engineering) of engineering or polytechnic colleges of Chhattisgarh and neighboring states. Applicants must have these professional qualifications as well as experience in construction of roads or bridges or both.
Applicants have also been asked to attach documents related to Field Experiences with the application.
The eligibility conditions for empanelment, duties of State Quality Monitors and the format of application can be seen on the website www.pmgsy.nic.in under the heading DO and SQM selection and performance evaluation.
Applicants willing to work as State Quality Monitors can send their application in the prescribed format to the Chief Executive Officer, Chhattisgarh Rural Road Development Agency, Vikas Bhawan, Civil Lines, Raipur by 22 November. The agency has asked officers empaneled as National Quality Monitor in NRIDA and State Quality Monitor in other states and officers who are completing 70 years of age as on 22 November 2021 not to apply.
