Food Minister did Pranayama and Yoga practice on International Yoga Day
Raipur, 21 June 2021 On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Minister Amarjeet Bhagat did Pranayama and Yoga practice at his residence. Giving a message to the people, Minister Bhagat said that everyone should do yoga regularly for a healthy body. Yoga is very important for good health and stress free life.

After the yoga practice, Minister Shri Amarjit Bhagat congratulated the people of the state on the occasion of Yoga Day. Minister Shri Bhagat said that “A healthy mind resides in a healthy body, by doing yoga, along with the body, the mind also gets energy. We are also emotionally strong. Every morning we should start the day with yoga. Use whatever asanas you know." Today the whole country is celebrating International Day of Yoga, it is worth mentioning that the practice of Yoga is a part of the daily routine of Shri Amarjit Bhagat.
