The Capitol Plaza Hotel is official Host and recommended stay at Barre. The Grand Finale on Saturday, March 25, 2023 was started at 8:00 PM

The Newly Crowned Jenna Howlett Miss Vermont USA 2023, the 72ND Miss USA 2023 Contestant will represent her VT State at the upcoming Miss USA 2023 Pageant where the reigning queen R'Bonney Gabriel Miss Texas USA 2022, Miss USA 2022 & Miss Universe 2022 will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale in the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada. Jenna Howlett is The First Miss Vermont USA in Dr. Anne Jakrajutatip Miss Universe Ownership.

Jenna is Licensed Esthetician and Cosmetologist at Redhead Beauty @redhead.beautyy, Beauty, cosmetic & personal care, Prom, Pageant, and Wedding Makeup. Jenna Howlett was Miss Vermont Collegiate America 2021, who lives in West Bridport, Vermont, did schooling at Middlebury Union High School and graduation at O'Brien's Aveda Institute, Community College of Vermont, Castleton University. She is recently seen enjoying her visit to Pompeii + Amalfi Coast, Rome, La Spezia in Italy; Marseille, France and Palma De Mallorca, Spain.

Jenna is a hairstylist and esthetician. At the age of 18, she opened her business, Redhead Beauty, specializing in hair and makeup services for weddings and pageants. During the 2020 pandemic, Jenna felt as though college wasn’t the right fit for her, which led to her attending and graduating from cosmetology and esthetician school and changing the trajectory of her life. Jenna is an annual volunteer for Green Up Vermont, assisted in collecting donations for flood relief to dairy farmers, and established a Little Free Library in her hometown.

She is also a proud 4th generation farmer who loves both tractor pulls and high fashion. Jenna encourages young adults to consider a future in trades and in her future, she hopes to become an educator in the hairstyling world.
