Sun, Nov 20, 2022: Miss Maine USA 2022, Elizabeth Kervin has just crowned her successor Juliana Morehouse Miss Maine USA 2023, the winner against 17 contestants at the end of grand finale on Sun, Nov 20, 2022 commenced on at 3:00PM EST in Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks, South Portland Maine.

Newly crowned Juliana Morehouse Miss Maine USA 2023 will represent her ME State at the upcoming Miss USA 2023 Pageant where The reigning queen Morgan Romano Miss USA 2022 will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale in the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada on Fri, Sep 29, 2023. Earlier R'Bonney Gabriel was Miss Texas USA 2022 and Miss USA 2022 but she became Miss Universe 2022 and handed over Miss USA Reign to Romano.

Morehouse is The First Miss Maine USA in Dr. Anne Jakrajutatip Miss Universe Ownership.

New ME Queen Juliana Morehouse is the 72ND Miss USA 2023 Contestant and The 5TH Entry to The Class of Miss USA 2023.

The Runners-up to new queen are Lauren Headley 1ST Runner-up, Natalie Swift 2ND Runner-up, Mara Carpenter 3RD Runner-up and Vanesa Pelletier 4TH Runner-up along with Top 11 Semi-finalists Ayia Aribi, Jennie Daley, Joana Mulumba, Daniela Aryaie, Elizabeth Robbins and Rachael Griswold.

Master’s Student in Theology at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Juliana Morehouse Miss Maine USA 2023 is Alzheimer Advocate @alzassociation and Alum of College of Charleston. She did her schooling at Fayetteville Academy. Juliana has her own website www.journalsofjuliana.com which she describes as Reflections on culture from a twenty-something old soul. She recently turned 23 on the Aug 23rd, 2022. She is seen in Wake Up America on Newsmax who also has strong opinion "In the age of the social media influencer, the meaning of influence has become vague. What does it really mean to have influence?"

Juliana Morehouse recently said "November marks Alzheimer’s Awareness month I have been passionate about finding a cure for Alzheimer’s disease since I was a child. My grandmother and my aunt both had the disease and lived with us for a portion of their sicknesses. Many people do not know that Alzheimer’s is the 6th leading cause of death in America and memory loss is NOT a normal part of aging. I enjoy working with the Alzheimer’s Association in Maine to speak to the public about what Alzheimer’s is, how to prevent it, and what we can continue to do to find a cure."

Juliana’s family connection to Alzheimer’s Disease ignited her passion to find a cure. She serves as a community educator, speaking about what Alzheimer’s Disease is and how to help prevent it. Juliana traveled to Capitol Hill to lobby for access to new FDA approved drugs.

Pursuing two master’s degrees in theology and mental health counseling, she hopes to help people lead impactful lives. Juliana holds a BA in Communication from the College of Charleston. She was on the Dean’s- and President’s- List and was in national communication honor society, Lambda Pi Eta. She has shared her thoughts on modern culture as an on-air contributor.

After MUO incited a major rule change, Juliana is making history as the first married woman to compete in Miss USA! Her April wedding was featured exclusively in People Magazine Online. She hopes breaking this barrier will encourage women to continue chasing their dreams.

Morehouse is daughter of Lynn Jenkins Miss North Carolina USA 1994 and 2ND Runner-up Miss USA 1994.

Juliana Morehouse was 3RD Runner-up Miss North Carolina Teen USA 2016 and 3RD Runner-up Miss Maine USA 2022.
