The Miss Universe Latvia Organization, Inga Raduga Etm Management today NAMED Kate Alexeeva as Miss Universe Latvia 2023 to represent the country at Miss Universe Stage in El Salvador

Fri, Jul 28, 2023: The appointment of Kate Alexeeva for the 72nd Miss universe 2023 was made on Wednesday July 26th 2023 in an official statement saying "We are happy to confirm that this year our representative is Kate Alexeeva. She was unable to participate last year due to Covid. She will represent Latvia in 72 Miss Universe Competition in El Salvador. Wishing her all of the best luck"

Kate Alexeeva was CROWNED Miss Universe Latvia 2022 but she tested positive Shortly before the New Year which made her withdraw from 71st Miss Universe 2022 Pageant at the Morial Convention Center New Orleans, Louisiana, United States on Friday January 14, 2023. Later she recovered fully and determined to do it again and the Miss Universe Latvia Organization has confirmed her appointment trusting her the best to represent Latvia at the Miss Universe Arena Al Salvador.
