Trinidadian American and Former NFL Cheerleader Bangs will compete for United State of America at the 20TH The Miss Globe 2023!

Tue, Jul 25, 2023: The "Miss Globe USA" beauty pageant has today announced the appointment of Kirstin Yvonne Bangs as new , “The Miss Globe USA 2023". She succeeded Cleo Jones, The Miss Globe 🇺🇸 USA 2022.

She is the official international delegate to represent the United States of America at the long-running and prestigious "The Miss Globe 2023" a global beauty pageant.  The grand coronation will be held on November 17, 2023 in Tirana, Albania.

Kirstin is 27 years old half Trinidadian and American, born and raised in Clovis, California with a height of 5'9” tall.  She received her degree in Career Technical Education Teaching Credential focusing on Performing Arts and Dance from the University of San Diego in California. She is a professional dancer for the last 8 years and a dance educator for the last 5 years.  

After working with the Walt Disney Company, The NFL's Los Angeles Rams Cheer Team, and Sesame Street Place. As her passion, Kirstin Yvonne Bangs decided to use her professional experience alongside with her education. Currently, she performs occasionally and spend most of her time being a mentor enriching the lives of young students with the international language of dance.  Her God given gift is dancing, and she is blessed to share her amazing talent with every student she have the pleasure working with. Dancing for the last 20 years has truly shaped her into the hard working, passionate and determined to be the global woman of today!

Her platform that's near & dear to her heart is "Empowerment of Purposeful Movement". This platform is more than a project for her, it is a lifelong mission of inclusion, diversity and using movement to bridge social gaps. She has many years of leadership roles working with different non profit organizations and companies. Working as a cheoreograper, gymnastic and dance instructor, she is also a committee member in 2 states for the Miss Amazing, a non profit organization for children & adult with disability and special needs. She also volunteers for non profit organizations Break the Barriers, Foster Love and Best Buddies of Southern California.

Kirstin Yvonne Bangs is a fraternal twin and a daughter of a 35 year female naval veteran. Her hobbies include sewing, crafting, brushing up on her French language, photography, Lagree workouts and volunteering to empower women and children in her community.
