Hanze University Student Takes The Grand Crown Home, She also is Miss Intercontinental Netherlands 2022

Sun, Jun 4, 2023 Hollywood: The reigning Marit Beets Miss Grand Netherlands 2022 has just crowned her successor, the Winner against 10 Contestants, Miss Grand Groningen Melissa Bottema as new Miss Grand Netherlands 2023 at the end of Grand Finale at the pageant venue  De Patio, Claus Event Centre, Bosweg 19, Hoofddorp which commenced today on Sunday, June 4, 2023 at 8am EDT 2pm GMT+2 LIVE at Official Facebook Page.

The Newly crowned Melissa Bottema Miss Grand Netherlands 2023 will represent her nation Netherland at the upcoming Miss Grand International 2023 in Vietnam where The Reigning Queen Isabella Menin Miss Grand International 2022 will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale in Phú Thọ Indoor Stadium, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

Bottema says “You must be patient and presistent. Even if you meet diffuculties and set backs. You must overcome them.”

Full Name Melissa Tjemma Janneke Bottema (@melissabottema), 23-year-old, 176 cm tall model and gymnastic coach who was born in Zandeweer and grew up in Winsum, Groningen.

She graduated in Social Work from Hanzehogeschool Groningen. Her speaking languages are Dutch and English. Her hobbies are gymnastics, singing and windsurfing. She always wanted to participate in beauty pageants from a young age.

Bottema represented the Netherlands as Miss Intercontinental Netherland 2022 and emrged winners as Top 20 Miss Intercontinental 2022.
