Chicago’s Angeliz "Angel" Reyes, the Miss Hermosa USA was crowned as Miss Illinois USA 2022 by Sydni Dion Bennett 3RD Runner-up Miss USA 2021, Miss Greater Midwest and Miss Illinois USA 2021 on Monday, May 30, 2022 at the same Braden Auditorium in Normal. Angel competed at Miss USA 2022 and emerged winner with 4TH Runner-up Miss USA 2022.
