Sun, May 15, 2022: As per Miss Maurice Official Announcement The Miss Maurice 2023 Pageant would be hosted on Sat, June 25th, 2022 at 8:30PM in the exquisite Crystal Maritim Hotel Resort in Flacq. The 20 Miss Maurice Contestants are currently completing their remaining administrative paperwork, attending their training sessions, and getting ready for the pre-pageant activities.

The organization also highlighted “This year’s Miss Maurice 2023 event will be focused on Mauritius as a tourist destination; the theme, music playlist, wardrobe, and stage decoration would feature the ‘tropical vibes’ of this year’s pageant.“

The much-awaited Miss Maurice 2023 two-hour event would start on Sat, June 25th, 2022 at 8.30 pm on Mauritius’s main TV Network provider, MBC. Two well-known artists would perform at the event, along with a famous dance troupe. The Miss Maurice Organization also told that “In attendance, we are expecting the presence of some ministers, ambassadors, diplomats, sponsors, collaborators, press members and partners. The event would also be graced by the presence of Miss Réunion and Miss Seychelles.”

The Organization said “Vandana Jeetah Miss Universe Mauritius 2020 is posing at Ballagio Fountain in Las Vegas during her recent trip to the USA.”

Mon, June 7, 2021: Miss Maurice 2022-23 elects Miss Universe Mauritius, Miss Supranational Mauritius, Miss Asia Pacific Mauritius and Miss Landscapes Mauritius to represent the country at the global stage. Today Comité MISS MAURICE by Estrella hinted the upcoming roadmap “We are getting ready for the next edition of the Miss Maurice National Pageant at the end of this year!”

MISS MAURICE by Estrella Organization further revealed “New style of sashes designed and made in the USA for Miss Maurice, Mister Maurice and for our franchises (Miss Universe, Miss/Mister Supranational, Miss Asia Pacific, Miss Landscapes and a new one to be announced at our pageant later this year).” It also added on the duties in short “As customary, the winner of Miss Maurice will travel to different countries, including the USA. She will represent our island nation at two highly publicized international pageants, the new franchise will be announced during the finals. Stay tuned for more updates!”

Mon, Mar 21, 2022: Today Miss Maurice Organization Extended Online Application Closing Date, read the official announcement here 
We have received an overwhelming number of applicants; a decision has been taken to close the online application earlier than our scheduled date. 
The Miss Maurice Organization Board has decided to keep the online applications open until 23:00, Friday, 25th of March, 2022.

The next step will be screening the application forms, and inviting the 50 best candidates for a casting. 21 lucky women will be chosen afterwards, to compete nationally.
