The Nebraska Representative for National State @ Miss USA Pageant is elected in 2023 Miss Kentucky USA and Miss Kentucky Teen USA Pageant which is produced by Vanbros and Associates, the official producers of the MISS USA® and MISS TEEN USA® State Pageants in Arkansas, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma.
