Being in a country that treasures my favorite pet…CATS… one of the precious moments I have had. Miss tourism international launched the “CATS AROUND THE WORLD” exhibition at @farley_group where a variety of different cat species were displayed and we got a chance to interact with these beautiful huge cats. Feel free to call my white cat “puppiculo”." Miss New Zealand Abigail Curd also adds "Did you know that Kuching means cat in the Malay language? The girls all submitted photos of them with their furry feline friends and then were able to participate in a Cats Around The World competition! Wed, Nov 16th, 2022 Day 6 Pageant Week: Official Launch of International Friendship Garden in Conjunction with 25th Miss Tourism International World Final 2022-2023 with Tree Planting at Unity Park, Kuching. ASysa Cook shares "I just about cried looking at the beautiful mountains here in Sarawak. There is nothing like it where I live. Visiting the Sarawak cultural village today and exploring the various cultures within Malaysia has been so eye opening. This beautiful country and state are like nothing I have ever seen before. I am so incredibly blessed to experience this, thank you God." Sri Lanka’s Nethmini Dasanayake share her day as "Planted a tree, Palm print, Malay Wedding and Cultural village trail at Sarawak Culture Village." Marima Suphatra Kliangprom tells "We depart to Kampung Heritage Trail with the first Hydrogen bus in Sarawak the to Sarawak Cultural Village. The day was amazing, I get to explore more about the culture and ethnics." Lastly the ends with bonfire party tonight, seafood barbecue, live music and lots of dancing at the beautiful retreat beach resort in Lundu, Sarawak. Here we have such a great program, We already visited 2 national parks, university in Lundu, center of Kuching, we had a barbecue party and dinners, lunches with government and special guests, I really enjoy my time here"

Tue, Nov 15th, 2022 Day 5 Miss Tourism International 2022 Pageant Week: Kuching Sarawak City Tour, Started from the water front places like Golden bridge, Main bazar, Fort Margherita (The Brooke Gallery), Charles Brook Memorial, in front of the Old Court House and lunch at Borneo Cultures Museum Restaurant, The Borneo Cultures Museum, located at the centre of Kuching City, is the largest museum in Malaysia and the second largest in Southeast Asia. The Museum design is quite impressive to look at, being inspired by Sarawak's traditional crafts and rich cultural heritage and Ended the tour with a sun set and the Sarawak River Cruise Ride and Sight Seeing Experience. The day ended with Talent Performance Night. Abby Curd said "I never imagined I’d be in Malaysia, experiencing a traditional wedding and finally learning to dance at 23 years old, but here I am and I couldn’t be happier."
