Newly crowned Rio Miyazaki Miss Universe Japan 2023 will represent her nation with the national flag at the upcoming 72ND Miss Universe 2023 in El Salvador at the pageant venue Adolfo Pineda National Gymnasium (Gimnasio Nacional Adolfo Pineda) on Saturday November 18, 2023 where the reigning Miss Universe 2022, R'Bonney Gabriel will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale.

Since I was six years old I actively took part in cheerleading and worked my way up to becoming a cheerleader for a professional baseball team. I am studying early childhood education at university with the goal of becoming a teacher and making a difference in children’s lives. I'm the type of person who doesn't give up until I achieve my goals.

Miss Universe Japan 2023 Final on Aug 30th with 30 Contestants: Check Results

Wed, Aug 30, 2023: The Miss Universe Japan Organization has scheduled the grand finale of Miss Universe Japan 2023 Competition to select the successor of the current queen Marybelen Sakamoto Miss Universe Japan 2022. This year 30 Contestants are vying the national crown to reach El Salvador where Miss Universe 2023 Pageant will be held in November. Today the contestants are facing Preliminary Interview. The Final Competition is happening today on the night of Wednesday, August 30th, 2023.

The organization is run by the national director Hiroko Mima who was Miss Universe Japan 2008 and Top 15 Miss Universe 2008.

The contestant Narumi Hirano is present in the official website but she is missing at latest social media posts showing only 30 Contestants.

The application and casting process started last year on Thursday, December 15th, 2022.
