The Special Committee is set with CEO of RoseGold Laos, Ms. Manichan Sengphachan; CEO of RoseGold Thailand Ms. Waewwan Gunnathorn; Special Guest & Judge CommiPolfah Punika Kulsoontornrut and Sprite Bababi. The Miss Universe Laos Diamond Crown is named "Star of the Universe" which is inspired by the splendor of Vientiane's royal palace, combining Lao silk, outstanding in the concept of the universe with sparkling stars.   
The "Blue Sapphire" indicates stability, honesty and strength. "Amethyst" which indicates the wisdom of the principle, quickness, accompanied by knowledge.

"Star of the Universe" is an Anda Collection sponsored, inspired and co-designed Miss Universe Laos Diamond Crown with the Designer Phophan Thongfueang.

The red carpet walk is full of power and includes the most celebrities, both domestic and foreign, eye-catching with the most special clothes and an impressive atmosphere which will be LIVE streamed from the National Assembly Hall, official pageant venue of Miss Universe Laos 2023 Pageant.
