Utah Teen Volunteer is New Miss Teen Volunteer America 2024

Sun, Mar 12, 2023: Carl Perkins Civic Center, The Auditorium in Highland Ave, Jackson, Tennessee has just witnessed the Crowning of Utah Teen Volunteer as New Queen against 39 Contestants. Do you remember her? 2021 Miss Teen USA Best State Costume Winner Ayzjiahna Wood 4TH Runner-up Miss Teen USA 2021 and Miss Utah Teen USA 2021 has returned with new crown today in the second edition of Allison DeMarcus Founded Miss Teen Volunteer America Pageant.

The Court of Newly Crowned Miss Teen Volunteer America 2024, Utah's Ayzjiahna Wood includes:

• Eleanor McCoy 2nd Runner-up Miss Teen Volunteer America 2024, Alabama Teen Volunteer
• Tess Ferm 3rd Runner-up Miss Teen Volunteer America 2024, South Carolina Teen Volunteer
• Kaitlyn Tanner 4th Runner-up Miss Teen Volunteer America 2024, Georgia Teen Volunteer

Ayzjiahana Wood is the owner of BODEM, a company that teaches “Body Embrace” through her clothing line and specialized hair products. A proud Filipina and African American young woman, Ayzjiahna is a junior at Clearfield High School who takes advanced classes in the medical field from Weber State University.

Ayzjiahana Wood plans to be certified as a nursing assistant by next year where she will then intern in a dermatology clinic. When she isn’t running her business or working on her education, you can find Ayzjiahna cheering alongside her varsity cheer squad, snowboarding, playing the ukulele, singing her favorite music, or visiting her extended family in the Philippines.  She was the youngest Delegate at Miss Teen USA Class of 2021.

Ayzjiahana Wood keenly promotes her body positivity message, so she can help more teens like herself accept their unique physical traits.

Sat, Mar 11, 2023: Today is Grand Finale of Miss Teen Volunteer America 2024. Grand Finale Pageant Venue is Carl Perkins Civic Center Jackson, TN. The program was founded by Allison DeMarcus, wife of Jay DeMarcus from Rascal Flatts and multiple pageant titleholder. The Miss Volunteer America organization is a nationwide, service-oriented scholarship program based in Tennessee that seeks to empower young women through educational scholarships and extraordinary opportunities.
