WINNER Statement by Savannah Hall Miss Environment UK 2022 with crowning pictures: To say I’m over the moon would be an understatement… I have dreamed of this title but truly didn’t think this year was my year, I was ready to come back fighting next time and prove I was worthy, but the lesson is, you are worthy all along, you just need to see the beauty in yourself that others see in you.

I would just like to start with a few words of thanks. To @mollymariebuckley_ , the most inspirational director a Queen could ask for, without you, I would not have the confidence I do in preparing for internationals. Your drive, passion, care and commitment are second to none and I aspire to be half the woman you are.

To my sister queens, @shereengoesgreen , @beth.rice_ and, @marciefit and @racheyste to all those beautiful queens who walked the stage with me and supported me at every moment. You are truly incredible and my heart is so full of love for you all.

To the judges for giving me this incredible opportunity, I hope I make you proud!

To my family for the support they always give (this is including the dogs). You have never wavered in your belief for me and I am forever grateful for your unconditional love and support. You mean the world to me.

To my partner, Josh. Thank you for putting up with all the girly talk of dresses, bringing me shoes for finals night when mine were unbearable and I needed to change! You love me and support me no matter what and constantly remind me that I can succeed.

I still feel like I’m about to wake up and this will all be an incredible dream, but until then I am revelling in every moment!

To anyone out there doubting themselves. You CAN do this. You are the only affirmation you need. If I can do it, so can you!!

Waking up this morning was a dream come true! No, last night was not a dream… I am now you Miss Environment UK 2022 and I couldn’t be happier! Thank you to @mollymariebuckley_ for being the most inspirational director @ecopageantsuk could ask for.
