Olivia Travis crowns Civita Hooper Miss West Virginia’s Outstanding Teen 2022

Olivia Travis Miss West Virginia's Outstanding Teen 2021 has just crowned her successor new queen Miss Morgantown's Outstanding Teen, Civita Hooper Miss West Virginia’s Outstanding Teen 2022, at the end of grand finale in Airborne Event Center Martinsburg, Airborne Church Martinsburg on Sat, June 25, 2022

Civita Hooper recent emerged winner in prelims as Quality of Life, Impact, and Spotfund Scholar award recipient; and a finalist to the Tik Tok Challenge, World Changer, and Excellence in Academics. 

Civita Hooper Miss West Virginia’s Outstanding Teen 2022 will represent her WY state in the 17th Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2023 during 3-day event August 10-12, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, Texas where new queen will be crowned by Alabama's Marcelle LeBlanc Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 at the end of Grand Finale on Friday August 12, 2022
