Sat, Nov 19, 2022: Holly Haynes Miss Georgia USA 2022 has just crowned her successor Rachel Russaw Miss Georgia USA 2023, the winner against 51 contestants at the end of Grand Finale today on Sat, Nov 19, 2022 commencing from 4:00 PM EST in Henry County Performing Arts Center McDonough, Georgia. The competition is 2-day event commencing from Fri, Nov 18, 2022 produced by Greenwood Productions led by State Director Kim Greenwood Miss Tennessee USA 1989.

Newly crowned Rachel Russaw Miss Georgia USA 2023 will represent her GA State at the upcoming Miss USA 2023 Pageant where The reigning queen Morgan Romano Miss USA 2022 will crown her successor at the end of Grand Finale in the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno, Nevada on Fri, Sep 29, 2023. Earlier R'Bonney Gabriel was Miss Texas USA 2022 and Miss USA 2022 but she became Miss Universe 2022 and handed over Miss USA Reign to Romano.

New Queen Rachel Russaw  is The First Miss Georgia USA in Dr. Anne Jakrajutatip Miss Universe Ownership.

New GA Queen Rachel Russaw is the 72ND Miss USA 2023 Contestant and The 4TH Entry to The Class of Miss USA 2023.

She works Influence(HER) IRL for Motivation and Mental Health Support who lives in Atlanta, Studied at The University of Alabama and did schooling in Jacksonville Christian Academy.

Rachel Russaw recalls her past year experience "It also happens to be my 1 year pageant anniversary and I’m so grateful for the knowledge, confidence, experience, and growth I’ve gained over the past year, and it all started with believing in myself." Rachel Russaw competed at Miss Georgia USA 2022 as GA Classic South Representative. The Black Faculty and Staff Association presented her Academic Excellence Awards as Raachel Marie Russaw, CB.

Rachel Russaw is a 25-year-old entrepreneur, who has an impressive track record of accomplishments. A graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Sciences, she embarked on her entrepreneurial journey at fifteen, becoming a full-time content creator and later fulfilling her dream of launching Shop 8.14, her online clothing boutique.

Passionate about empowering young women, Rachel initiated #InfluenceHerIRL, promoting self-confidence, mental health awareness, and entrepreneurship. She combines that with her passion of serving as the Director of Community Outreach for Novaturient, a non-profit organization that makes a difference by helping to provide free mental health services to children and families in Atlanta.

Honored to represent Georgia, Rachel looks forward to influencing the next generation to pursue their dreams during her reign as Miss Georgia USA. Her dedication to her community and empowering others defines her vision for the year ahead.
